The project involves the construction of a bridge connection tunnel with a total length of 4.820 m including double tubes with 4 vehicle crossings and 4 turnouts and road. This special category bridge which is the 4th single pylon cable-stayed bridge of the world with a 660 m length and 23,86 width, features a single pylon standing at 168,5 m height ‘Y’ shaped reinforced concrete tower with 380 m middle opening. It has great importance in terms of logistics because it is the shortest route between Malatya and Elazığ as well as a crossing route for 16 provinces of Eastern Anatolia.
