Hüsnü AKHAN completed his secondary and high school education at Birecik High School (Şanlıurfa). He is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration and received his Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Miami (USA). AKHAN served at various positions of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. He served as the Representative at London Office and Assistant General Manager at the Foreign Relations Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. He joined Doğuş Group in 1994. After serving as the Executive VP responsible for Treasury, Operations and Foreign Relations at Garanti Bank, he was assigned as the General Manager of Körfezbank in 1998. AKHAN was a Board Member and CFO of Doğuş Holding during 2001-2005, Board Member and CEO of Doğuş Holding during 2006-2019. As of July 2019, he has been assigned as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doğuş Holding. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Doğuş Real Estate, Doğuş Construction, Doğuş Data Processing&Technology, PIT Istanbul Hotel Management Company, Related Digital Marketing, Körfez Aviation, Doğuş Planet Electronics&Informatics Services and as the Deputy Chairman for Ara Güler Doğuş Art& Museum, and as a Board Member for TÜVTÜRK.
Gür ÇAĞDAŞ achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University and received his master's degree at the School of Business Institute of Business Administration at the same university. He started his professional life as an Investment Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Securities and then he founded Vakıfbank Istanbul Investment Trust and headed this corporation until 1990. He joined Doğuş Group as the Group Manager of Capital Markets at Birleşik Türk Körfez Bank, then served as an Assistant General Manager in Garanti Securities and Garanti Investment and Trade Bank respectively. Then Mr. ÇAĞDAŞ started to Garanti Asset Management as the General Manager in 1997, was assigned as the Vice Chairman in 2012 and Chairman in 2014. Mr. ÇAĞDAŞ currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Doğuş Otomotiv ve Servis A.Ş., Doğuş Yayın Grubu, Doğuş Enerji A.Ş. and Doğuş Sigorta; and the Vice Chairman of Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. besides to his service as the Advisor to the President of Doğuş Holding. Mr. ÇAĞDAŞ also served as the President of Turkish Institutional Investment Managers’ Association (KYD) between 2007-2014 and represented Turkey at the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA). He is currently the Vice President of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey (TKYD).
Erdem TAVAS achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of Boğaziçi University Department and later he received his master's degree in Structural Engineering of Civil Engineering Graduate Program at the same university. TAVAS started his professional life at Koray Construction in 1997 and then joined Doğuş Group in 2015. TAVAS currently serves as a Board Member of Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. and as the General Manager of Doğuş Real Estate Investment & Management Inc. and Galataport Istanbul Management and Investments Inc. companies.
Akın TAVUZ achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University and received his MBA from Northeastern University. From 1992 to 2012 he worked as a Senior Tax Inspector at Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Treasury and Finance. TAVUZ currently serves as the COO of Doğuş Holding and a Board Member of Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc.
Mustafa KOÇYATAĞI achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Istanbul University and later attended Legal Structure of European Community Master Program of Istanbul University. He has been a registered member of Istanbul Bar Association since 1992. Mr. KOÇYATAĞI started his professional life in İmar Bank and Uzan Group in 1993 and then joined Doğuş Group in 1994 and served as a Legal Advisor in various Doğuş Group Companies. Mr. KOÇYATAĞI currently serves as a Legal Counsel in Doğuş Holding A.Ş. and Board Member in Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc.
Tolga AKKAŞ is a graduate of Middle East Technical University, Civil Engineering in 1996, and received his Master’s degree in Structural Mechanics from the same university. He started his professional career as a Construction Manager in 1996. Then, he worked in various construction companies in construction manager, project manager roles, and then as MD in charge of technical works in his family contracting business during 1996-2004. AKKAŞ held various positions in Yüksel Construction during 2004-2016 including VP in charge of Business Development and served as the General Manager and Board Member of Sicim-Yüksel-Akkord JV during 2016-2018. He is serving as the CEO of Doğuş Construction since December 2018 and Chairman & Board Member of several JVs that Doğuş Construction is involved.

Doğan TALU achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of Fırat University. Mr. TALU started his professional life as a Shift Engineer in Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. in 1989. He took an active role in the management of various projects implemented by Doğuş Construction not only in Turkey but also abroad: the construction of roads, bridges, dams and metros. Mr. TALU currently serves as the Vice President of Executive Board responsible for Operations in Turkey.
Alp KİNAY achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Economics of Istanbul University and pursued graduate education in Finance at Texas A&M University, Banking and Finance Graduate Program at Marmara University and holds a master’s degree on Finance. Mr. KİNAY started his professional life in 1990 at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Assurance and Business Advisory Services, worked in New York and Baku offices of the same company, provided advisory services to various banks and companies in Turkey and CIS countries. He joined Doğuş Holding A.Ş. as the Senior VP responsible for Internal Audit and Financial Reporting in 2004. Orhan DAYA achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of Yıldız Technical University. He achieved his master’s degree from the Department of Steel Structures of Istanbul Technical University. Later, he attended to various training programs: Tall Structures Training at the University of New York and Construction Law, FIDIC, ICC, ISCID and CESMM3 Applications, Tower Structures, H&S (Crude Oil Pipelines, Industrial Facilities and Heavy Construction, Industrial and Infrastructure Projects), Tender, Quality Control and Scheduling at London College. Mr. DAYA started his professional life as a Site Manager in Saudi Arabia at Impregilo S.p.A. in 1981. Then, he served as a Construction Manager at Koray Construction and Trade Co., as a Project Director at Tekser Construction Industry and Trading Inc and Philipp Holzmann JV, as a Deputy General Manager at Soyak International Construction Co. and as a General Coordinator at Tepe Construction. Finally he joined Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. as a Project Manager in 2006. Mr. DAYA currently serves as the Member of Executive Board responsible for Planning, Contracts and Cost Management and Legal Affairs.
Selahattin KOLAŞİNLİ achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Mechanics of Istanbul Technical University. Mr. KOLAŞİNLİ started his professional life in the General Directorate of Highways in 1978, later joined Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. as a Site Machinery Supply Chief in 1985. Mr. KOLAŞİNLİ currently serves as the Member of Executive Board responsible for Machinery and Equipment.
Cahit GÜLEN achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Architecture of Mimar Sinan University. Then, he attended to Strategic Business Administration Specialty Program at Marmara University. Mr. GÜLEN started his professional life as a Site Chief in STFA in 1992, later served in PY Consulting International, EMT Erimtan Müşavirlik Taahhüt Ticaret A.Ş. and Summa Turizm Yatırımcılığı A.Ş. respectively, and joined Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. as the Superstructure Projects Coordinator in 2005. Mr. GÜLEN currently serves as the Member of Executive Board responsible for Operations, Superstructure and CIS Countries.
Teymur ŞANLILAR achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering of Boğaziçi University in 1995. He completed the Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Institute for Graduate Studies in Sciences of Boğaziçi University in 1998. In 2005, he received his Executive MBA degree from the Koç University Graduate School of Business. Mr. ŞANLILAR started his professional life as a Tender Specialist in the Tender Preparation Department of Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. in 1996. He founded the Management Systems Department in 1999 and leaded this department until his assignment as the Project Coordinator of Sofia Metro Project in 2008. Mr. ŞANLILAR currently serves as the Member of Executive Board responsible for Procurement, Logistics (CPO) and Management Information Systems (CIO).
Ertan YAPICI achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of Istanbul Technical University. He started his professional life at Cambridge Head Office of Mott MacDonald International Co. as a Civil Engineer. He, then joined to Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. as a Planning and Claims Engineer. After receiving his master’s degree from the University of Manchester, he continued his service in the Tender Department of Doğuş Construction. Afterwards, he served in Bechtel-Enka JV in Kazakhstan as a Site Engineer in 1996 and in EMT Co. in Moscow as an Assistant Site Manager until 1997. He returned to Doğuş Construction at the end of 1997 and worked in the Tender Department until 2003. He respectively served as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Manager in various projects in Turkey, Bulgaria and Saudi Arabia. Mr. YAPICI had been serving as the Project Manager of Riyadh Metro Project. Mr. YAPICI currently serves as the Member of Executive Board responsible for Operations in Middle East, India, Africa and Eastern Europe.
Ömer Uzay KARAKOYUNLU achieved his bachelor’s degree from the Department of Civil Engineering of Istanbul Technical University. He started his professional life in 1992 as a Freelance Civil Engineer. After serving in various superstructure projects for 10 years, he joined Doğuş Construction and Trade Inc. in 2001 as a Chief Estimator in the Tender Department. He, then served at various executive levels respectively as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator in rail transportation system projects including Üsküdar-Ümraniye-Çekmeköy Metro Construction and Electromechanical Works Project. Mr. KARAKOYUNLU currently serves as the Member of Executive Board responsible for Business Development and Tender.
