The project comprises a total road length of 23.4 km and includes the design and construction of an approximately 5 km twin-tube tunnel to be built beneath the Odra River using TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) technology.

Upon completion, this tunnel will be the longest road tunnel ever constructed in Poland.

As one of the largest infrastructure investments in Poland, the project will play a strategic role in strengthening the transportation network of Szczecin and the West Pomeranian region. Once completed, it will connect key strategic areas and significantly reduce traffic congestion in the Szczecin region.
