Doğuş Construction was honoured to receive “Kristal Baret” Award in the ceremony held for the first time this year to raise awareness for Health and Safety practices by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, at Lütfi Kırdar Convention and Exhibition Center on December 5, 2018.

Doğuş Construction received its prize with the technic applied during the construction of Boyabat Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant to stabilize rock block where high-strength steel rope shaped rhombus mesh employed in conjuction with surface anchor.

Turkey’s 9th largest hydroelectric power plant Boyabat Dam and HEPP responds daily electricity demand of 243.043 people with an installed capacity of 513 MWe and average of 804.473.673 kWh power generation.
