Great Place to Work® Institute announced 2017’s “Best Workplaces in Turkey” awards as a result of the evaluation based on Trust Index© Employee Survey and Culture Audit© Workplace Culture Analysis, it holds every year among 53 countries including Turkey; with the participation of various sectors and organizations that accommodate more than 16 million employees. The results of this comprehensive and reputable analysis ever made on workplace culture is covered by worldwide-known publications such as Fortune, Handesblatt and Le Figaro Économie. The “Best Workplace in Turkey” award was presented to HR Team of Doğuş Construction by the General Manager of Great Place to Work® of Turkey, Eyüp Toprak in the premiere that took place at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent on May 24, 2017.

The analysis that aims to define trust, employee satisfaction and team spirit at workplaces from the perspective of the employee is conducted through anonymous surveys. HR policies and practices of the companies were assessed on the basis of in-house employee experiences in consideration of recognition, reliance, appreciation and the creation of an emotionally and psychologically healthy and satisfying workplace that encourages employee development. Companies were ranked in the “Best Workplace in Turkey” List in accordance with the results based on the comparison among the candidates within the same category.

Doğuş Construction carried its success in 2014’s “Best Workplaces in Turkey” to 2017 within the category of companies that accommodate 50-500 employees.
